To maintain a secure marketplace, Dropstyl enforces strict account requirements:

• Buyers: Must be at least 13 years of age. Minors between 13 and 18 must use the Platform under the direct supervision of a legal guardian.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Dropstyl cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

Dropstyl facilitates transaction processing, marketing, and infrastructure for sellers.

Sellers are entirely responsible for the packaging, handling, and timely shipping of their products, unless utilizing a specific Dropstyl fulfillment service.

• Timelines: Sellers must dispatch orders within the handling time specified on their product listing. Repeated failure to ship items on time will result in algorithmic penalization or account suspension.
• Tracking: Sellers must provide valid tracking information for all physical shipments. Funds will not be released without verifiable proof of delivery.
• Accuracy: Sellers guarantee that the items shipped perfectly match the descriptions, images, and conditions stated in their listings.

Dropstyl aims to ensure a fair marketplace for both parties. All transactions are subject to our standard return guidelines:

Return Window: Buyers have a minimum of 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described.

Dispute Mediation: If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a return request independently, Dropstyl will act as a mediator. Our dispute resolution team will review chat logs, listing details, and photographic evidence to make a final, binding decision regarding the refund.

Sellers who consistently receive high return rates due to poor quality or inaccurate descriptions may face permanent removal from the Platform.

To protect our community, Dropstyl maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, manipulation, and bad faith actions.

By publishing or posting content on Dropstyl, you grant us the necessary permissions to build smart features:

You hereby grant Dropstyl a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and sub-licensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, and analyze all user-generated content (including product reviews, product details, comments, listings, images, and social posts) to train, refine, and improve our machine learning models, search algorithms, and generative artificial intelligence tools.

This training is conducted anonymously or pseudonymously in compliance with our Privacy Policy to ensure the security of your personal data.

All internal materials on the Platform (including text, graphics, logos, software, database structures, and UI designs) are the exclusive property of Dropstyl and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Sellers retain full ownership of their original product designs, trademarks, and brand assets. However, by listing on Dropstyl, sellers grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and market those assets across the web, social media, and partner networks to drive sales.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Dropstyl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's uptime, accuracy of seller listings, or the quality of physical goods purchased through the marketplace.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Dropstyl, its directors, officers, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or physical injury resulting from a product defect) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dropstyl is legally headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
